ТТ в сфинктере заднего прохода не поддаются лечению при наличии болезненного внутреннего геморроя. К консервативным мероприятиям при внутреннем геморрое относятся повышение потребления жидкостей и/или средств, способствующих размягчению каловых масс, диета с повышенным содержанием клетчатки, местное применение противогеморроидальных анальгетиков, обеспечение защищенного положения внутренних геморроидальных узлов внутри сфинктера заднего прохода после дефекации, а также клизма с 30–60 мл детского вазелинового масла перед сном для смазки заднепроходного отверстия. При отсутствии эффекта от консервативной терапии показана перевязка или хирургическое удаление внутренних геморроидальных узлов.
