Вне зависимости от того, занимается ли человек активными видами спорта, необходимо носить хорошо пригнанную обувь, достаточно высокую, чтобы поддерживать латеральную стабильность стопы. Если пяточная область обуви слишком широкая (когда палеи свободно проходит между пяткой и краем обуви), следует сузить ее, вставив подушечку в область пятки (или сменить обувь).
Не рекомендуется носить обувь с высокими каблуками. Высокая обувь может оказаться необходимой, если другие мероприятия были недостаточными.
Восстановительная лечебная программа на дому
Больному ежедневно в домашних условиях рекомендуется выполнять физические упражнения, дополненные постизометрической релаксацией (см. разд. 12). Правильно выполненные физические упражнения должны предотвратить рецидив появления миофасциальных триггерных точек. Необходимо устранить все факторы, способствующие длительному существованию миофасциальных ТТ (см. гл. 4, том 1 и Travell и Simons [69]).
