"I ask you, Brian de Bois-Guilbert (я спрашиваю вас, Бриан де Буа-Гильбер),"said Rebecca, "are these terrible accusations against me not false (разве эти ужасные обвинения против меня не лживы)?"

There was a pause (наступила пауза). All eyes turned to Brian de Bois-Guilbert (все взоры обратились к Бриану де Буа-Гильберу).
