Dancing to the music, I went to the bathroom to wash up and take a shower. After a bath, I wanted to eat something special in the kitchen. I found ice cream in the freezer – just what I wanted. Thaw it in a microwave for a little bit, grate the chocolate on top, pour the nuts – mmm…, a pleasure. That's all. I have left ice cream and started making coffee. Cream for it was not, they ended yesterday, but the coffee ice cream was even better.

Я ела и смаковала каждый кусочек. Все мои чувства обострились – наверное, так действует влюбленность на человека. Я наслаждалась каждым мгновением этого утра, каждым глотком кофе, ложечкой мороженого. Было состояние эйфории.

I ate and savored every bite. All my senses are heightened – probably, love affects a man that way. I enjoyed every moment of this morning, every sip of coffee, a spoon of ice cream. It was a state of euphoria.

После завтрака я помыла посуду. Также пританцовывая, вернулась в комнату и стала выбирать, что надеть. Любимые джинсы, из которых меня обычно не вытащишь, сегодня носить не хотелось. Во мне проснулась женщина, и я, перебирая свой гардероб, остановилась на платье ярко-алого цвета. Не слишком ли смело? Я же иду на работу, а не развлекаться, но мне так хотелось!

I washed the dishes after breakfast. Dancing again, I returned to the room and began to choose what to wear. Today I didn't want to put on favorite jeans, which I usually dressed. The woman woke up in me, and, looking through my closet, I chose a dress of bright scarlet color. Is it too defiantly? I go to work, not to have fun, but I wanted it!

Я вспомнила выражение «если нельзя, но очень хочется, то можно». К этому платью была еще цепочка с кулоном-змейкой – я надела платье и ее. Пока я сушила волосы после душа, хвост решила не делать. Осталось подкрасить глаза, еще помаду нанести яркую на губы в тон платья и духи.

Когда я закончила, то очень даже понравилась себе в зеркале. Позвонил Артур, он был уже внизу во дворе, а мне еще надо было найти туфли к платью. Я ответила ему, что выхожу, сама же лихорадочно вспоминала, где могут быть туфли-лодочки, и сумка нужна была другая. Ура! Я нашла и туфли, и подходящую сумку. Надев плащ, я чуть не выбежала из дома без папки с рисунками, оставив включенной музыку. Быстро вернулась в квартиру, выключила музыку, взяла папку и спустилась вниз к Артуру, закрыв дверь квартиры.

Donning my coat, I almost ran out of the house without a folder with pictures, leaving playing music. Quickly I returned home, turned off the music, took the folder and went down to Arthur, closing the door of the apartment.

Он явно не ожидал увидеть меня такой. Я бросилась ему на шею. Он обнял меня, и мы замерли в долгом поцелуе. Смешно, но в этот момент я боялась размазать помаду. Я оторвалась от него, вытерла помаду с его губ и, достав из сумки зеркальце, посмотрела на свое лицо. Так и есть – размазала немного.

He obviously didn't expect to see me like this. I threw myself on his neck, kissed him. He hugged me, and we stood in a long kiss. It is funny, but at this point, I was afraid to smear lipstick. I pulled away from him, wiped the lipstick from his lips and taking from the bag a pocket mirror, looked at my face. It happened, I smeared it a bit.

Уже в машине я подкрасила губы заново, придирчиво осмотрела лицо – все ли у меня в порядке, поправила змейку на груди и осталась довольна собой.

Я повернулась к нему, посмотрела влюбленными глазами и поймала его ответный взгляд, полный любви. Мы чуть не врезались в другую машину. Артур резко затормозил. Он успел вовремя, иначе бы аварии нам не избежать. Я коснулась его руки:

Мы зашли в кабинет Артура. Сумка, папка, снять плащ… Мы опять обнялись, поцеловались и так и замерли. Мне казалось, что мое сердце стучит слишком сильно и сейчас выскочит из меня, и сердце Артура я чувствовала так, как свое, словно оно стучало в моей груди. Родной, близкий, дорогой мне человек…

Нам трудно было оторваться друг от друга, мысли были совсем не о работе. Когда же мы, наконец, сделали это, я заметила, как блестят глаза Артура, свет в его глазах шел откуда-то изнутри. Как это было красиво!

It was difficult for us to pull away from each other; our thoughts were not about work. When we finally did it, I noticed that Arthur's eyes were sparkling, the light in his eyes was coming from inside. It was lovely!

– У тебя глаза сияют. – сказал Артур.

– Это от счастья, что ты рядом, – ответила я. Значит, и мои глаза светились от счастья.
