Published between July 2010 and August 2011, they were written in the period after Tunku 'Abidin's return from the US and covers his role in IDEAS. From calling for the checks and balances so crucial to the effective functioning of a democratic society to be strengthened, to reminding all participants in a democratic society of their rights and responsibilities, the author writes in a language that is easy to read and with a wry sense of humour.
