ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЯ
Проблема коморбидности психической и легочной патологии привлекает внимание психиатров, пульмонологов, медицинских психологов начиная со второй половины прошлого века как в научном, так и в клиническом отношении [16, 31, 43, 82]. Одним из важных аспектов рассматриваемой проблемы является изучение распространенности психической патологии среди больных, страдающих такими распространенными легочными заболеваниями, как БА, ХОБЛ, и специфическими поражениями легких (туберкулез) [41, 63, 69, 91]. Общий анализ публикаций на указанную тему свидетельствует о сопряженности невротических расстройств и БА, депрессий и деменции с ХОБЛ [34, 39, 46, 58, 59, 68]. Так, в ряде публикаций сообщается о значительной частоте невротических расстройств у пациентов с БА (табл. 15-3).
