NEW CZAR OF RUSSIA MIKHAIL MISHUSTIN

  ANNOTATION

Russian President Vladimir Putin died on February 24, 2023, a year after the start of a special operation, and in fact a big, fratricidal war with Ukraine. Mikhail Mishustin became the new acting president of Russia. And in Russia, a new, historical era began, and big changes.

  . CHAPTER #1

After Vladimir Putin died on February 24, 2023, just on the anniversary of the start of the big war with Ukraine, the following events began to occur in Russia.

First of all, of course, the most important question is about the successor. According to the constitution, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin should act. Doctor of Economic Sciences, one of the few in the team of Vladimir Putin who had intelligence and great knowledge. Plus a very rich man. Mikhail Mishustin suited the oligarchs or the richest people in the country, and the economic bloc in the government, industrialists and financiers.

Relatively, Mikhail Mishustin also suited the West. In any case, he did not threaten America and Europe with military force at every turn, and did not abuse anti-Western rhetoric at all.

But here are the security forces - they have power and how will they perceive the new king? Moreover, the war with Ukraine has gone too far, and it is not so easy to stop it.

True, on the other hand, people are tired of the war, and the army too. There are indeed some demoniac bandits like Ramzan Kadyrov who has a bullet in his head. But in Chechnya, too, many believe that they have nothing to die for in a foreign land. And even more so, many Dagestanis are already revolting, and residents of other regions of the Caucasus and Russia.

And the Taliban also opened a second front by attacking Tajikistan. And moreover, Rakhmonov's army turned out to be weak and with low morale. And Russia had to really harness itself to the war in the south. Since the Taliban surrounded and defeated the Russian military base in Tajikistan. And here even the Chechens were not too eager to fight the Taliban.

And anti-war sentiment is on the rise. And there are already quite a few dissatisfied people in the State Duma. And Sergei Shoigu has largely lost his authority and influence. For a year, the Russians have already fought. And the desire of the people and the elite to fight further fell.

And the security forces are not so popular among the people. In any case, the Security Council met first. There were many things to discuss, including the funeral of the deceased Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Here among the people, too, disappointment is growing in the Russian dictator. And Putin's popularity is not the same. And a lot of people just hate it. And for them, the death of Vladimir Putin is a reason for joy and rejoicing.

Rallies and protests are already taking place all over the country.

The Security Council took place in secret. And already at the very beginning there was a squabble. Dmitry Medvedev, as Vladimir Putin's deputy for security, wanted to chair the council meeting himself.

And acting under the constitution, Mikhail Mishustin, said that he is now the head of state.

And both dignitaries began to push around the chairman's chair. The heavier Mikhail Mishustin pushed aside Dmitry Medvedev. He puffed. Sergei Shoigu remarked:

  - Well, you are just like circus performers!

  Matvienko remarked:

  - In theory, it is a woman who should become the head of state!

  Medvedev growled:

  - Why a woman?

The speaker of the federation council readily answered:

  - Because of political correctness. Is not it?

There were chuckles. In fact, it looked funny. Security Council Secretary Patrushev remarked:

  - According to the constitution, Mikhail Mishustin is the head of state. And he will guide us!

There was a murmur of approval.

And the new acting president took the floor:

  - First of all, a worthy funeral should be held for the deceased Russian President Vladimir Putin. And invite a large number of leaders of various countries to them. Maybe even the President of the United States.

The head of the FSB remarked:

  - The President of the United States is unlikely to come! But I think the President of the People's Republic of China will visit us!

  Mikhail Mishustin noted:

  - The American president is too old and that's bad. Much better and easier to deal with authoritarian regimes, where the head of state is not too old, and his position is strong!

  Patrushev noted:

  - The Prince Regent of Saudi Arabia is likely to come. Although it must be said a very dubious friend. He finances militant groups that oppose us in Syria, and he also incited against the Taliban. In general, Arabs do not mind bringing Sharia law to Russia.

  Mikhail Mishustin noted with concern:

  - Ramzan Kadyrov has too much influence. And he is already trying on the crown. His troops in Ukraine fought more with tongues, he saved his strength in order to make a throw to the Kremlin on occasion.

  Patrushev agreed:

  - Ramzan Kadyrov is a cunning fox. But still not strong enough to storm the Kremlin.
