Roxanne returns to Istanbul to stay while her mother, Dr. Rosy Wafflestone, works as a curator in the Hagia Sophia. Roxanne finds that Sophia is happy for her return, but Sophia's brother Constantine is less than excited. George the Green Genie and Phyllis the Pink Genie join Roxanne as she discovers the meaning of friendship and forgiveness.
