Tippy is much younger than her brother and sister. The siblings are living with their parents in a big house, but never played together the way Tippy does with her friends Rosie, Peter and Lois. Luckily enough Tippy is a smart, little girl who see through a lot of rules of society that not even all grown-ups understand.
