When Tim finds a strange old drawing hidden up the chimney in his crumbling new home, he notices it's signed by someone with the initials T. R. I. - the same initials as his own. In the local churchyard, Tim stumbles across Tom Inskip's gravestone, and begins to investigate his early death. But the deeper Tim delves into the past, the more Tom seems to come to life.
