JIM finds a way to deliver small drones to selected targets with his computer. All targets are thought, by him, to be ruining the country, and he sets out to right the course, and mend the country. All targets are warned in advance to do the right thing, or be eliminated. He spells out what he considers to be the right thing to do, concerning issues facing our declining culture.
