Frank Massi's wife Jennie is investigating activities at Palatine Park race track. Healthy horses are being destroyed and Jennie, along with her assistant Cyndy Marconi were closing in on the culprits until Frank came up missing. Jennie turned to their friend FBI agent Joe Colletti to rescue her man but Frank wasn't lying around waiting for Joe. Jennie chased Frank, Joe chased Cyndy, and they all ended up in the Florida keys where the bad guys were hiding. The girls play detective to solve the case but it's the men-to-the-rescue in Key West, where anything goes. Horses weren't the only ones endangered at the race track. Jennie Massi's criminal investigation uncovered a massive illegal operation at the track, breeding farms, and a rendering plant. Now somebody was holding Frank hostage for her silence and time was running out. Joe Colletti was called in to help and together they brought the case to an end or so they thought.
