Loosely based on author Jay Malinowskis familys historical roots in Europe and on the east coast of Canada, Skulls & Bones takes the reader on a voyage through the eyes of the seafaring soul searcher, Martel, his granddaughter, Kit, and an inquisitive spectator, Ana, who lives on Spains Dead Coast. The novella is the companion to Martel, a concept album comprised of eighteen songs written in the spirit of Martel, that has been released by Jay Malinowski & The Deadcoast.
