The new guy in town, a surfer named Jonathan Lightfoot, is attacked by a Great White and lives to tell about it. But he wants revenge on the shark, so he obtains a boat and invites unsuspecting guests aboard to use them as bait to lure in the shark. A scam artist, Jonathan covers his activities by calling them a shark-hunting project.
