POOR OLLIE! ALL he wants is to practice playing his big bass horn, but his family cant take the noise. So off Ollie goes in a rowboat to practice offshore. Thats when he realizes that the bell buoy has drifted awayand the fog is getting thick. So he stays and plays his horn as a warning to an incoming shipand saves it from running aground! Suddenly, the mayor isgiving Ollie a medal for bravery, and best of all, the town pays for him to go to music schoolwhere he can practice without bothering anyone!
