This is an individual chapter of Theory of Constraints Handbook. The purposes of this chapter are to: aaA Briefly describe the evolution of TOC services management concepts and tools describing their advantages over the previous concepts and tools and also their limitations. aaA Survey and classify the pertinent theory of constraint services management literature, identifying its contributions to the field and its limitations. aaA Identify the need for future research in TOC to services management.
